Let us remember that the EU is the PA's largest donor, to the tune of about a million euros - a day, every day! Let us not forget that the European parliament is parliament only in name, not in function, in as much as it is not a legislative body. It is just a skin, a guise, to make Europe “look democratic". But it is not. European laws are made by the Council a body made up by government representatives of the member states. So, in the European Union we see an institutional setup whereby governments, not parliaments make the laws. National parliaments are turned largely into rubber-stamping government decisions made in Europe. Some European countries did have in the past this kind of a system and millions of Jews were killed. Today, in our political correctness we shy away to call the Europeans "totalitarian". But of course that doesn't mean that they are not "that beast" again. It is so well disguised that most of them doesn't even realize what their governments turned to and when you tell, even to parliamentarians, that their assemblies are there for show only, they say naaaaa, it’s not that bad. Well, it is. Let’s keep our eyes well open.
